Riyadh – Clusters Real Estate Development has awarded the structural works contract for Munisiyah Clusters to Dmsco Sky Contracting Company, with a contract value of SAR 3.2 million, marking a key construction milestone for the residential development in Riyadh’s Al Munisiyah district.

The project is being developed on a 1,760 sqm site and comprises 12 residential units, including 4 villas, 4 townhouses, and 4 independent residential floors, offering a diversified residential mix within a single development.

The structural contract represents a major step in the construction programme, paving the way for subsequent architectural, MEP, and finishing works as the project advances toward completion.
