Riyadh – Clusters Real Estate Development signed a contract with House Solutions for the design, manufacture, supply, and installation of furniture across Narjis Clusters in Riyadh and JAX Clusters in Diriyah, reflecting the company’s approach to extending product quality from architecture and planning into the interior and everyday residential experience.
The agreement was signed by Abdulrahman Al-Muddhi, Chief Executive Officer of House Solutions, and Eng. Muhab Benten, Chief Executive Officer of Clusters Real Estate Development.
House Solutions is a leading specialist in furniture design, manufacturing, and interior solutions, combining design capabilities with high quality production, material selection, detailing, supply, and installation through an integrated delivery approach.
The scope of the agreement includes developing furniture solutions tailored to the character and requirements of each project. Rather than treating furniture as a final addition to the units, the collaboration aims to make it part of the overall interior composition, functionality, and design language of the residential spaces.
At JAX Clusters, the collaboration takes on particular significance as Clusters seeks to extend the project’s identity, inspired by its Diriyah context, beyond the architecture and into the interiors, materials, furniture, and crafted details that shape the residential experience.
At Narjis Clusters, the furniture package forms part of the project’s focus on efficient residential planning, usability, and carefully considered details that contribute to the quality and readiness of the final product.
The agreement with House Solutions reflects Clusters’ wider approach to working with specialist partners across each stage of development, based on the principle that the quality of a real estate product is defined not only by the building itself, but by the complete experience created through the spaces, materials, furniture, and details residents interact with every day.
