Riyadh – Clusters Real Estate Development welcomed Dr. Saleh bin Khalaf Al-Harthi, Group CEO and Board Member of Tharwah Group, at its headquarters, accompanied by Dr. Ahmed Hassouna, during a visit in which they reviewed a selection of Clusters’ key projects and the company’s approach to real estate product development. Tharwah itself currently refers to Dr. Al-Harthi as its Group CEO and Board Member, while Saudi Exchange lists him as Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of Altharwah Albashariyyah Co.
The visit included a review of several Clusters projects in Riyadh and Diriyah, as well as the company’s methodology for studying each site and its surrounding context, shaping the project concept and architectural identity, and ultimately developing a product that responds meaningfully to its location.
The guests were also introduced to Clusters’ experience across a number of residential developments and its emphasis on design quality, attention to detail, and the overall living experience as core components of real estate product development.
The visit reflects Clusters’ commitment to building relationships and exchanging knowledge with leaders and professionals across different sectors, while providing greater insight into the company’s development approach and the projects and products it is advancing for the next stage of growth.
