Riyadh – Clusters Real Estate Development signed two contracts with Alternative Vision for Construction for the supply and execution of electromechanical infrastructure and architectural finishing works at Munisiyah Clusters in Riyadh, with a combined contract value of SAR 6,162,933.
The agreements were signed by Eng. Muhab Benten, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clusters Real Estate Development, and Fares Abdullah Al-Habdan, Chief Executive Officer of Alternative Vision for Construction.
The first contract covers the supply and execution of mechanical and electrical infrastructure works, while the second covers the supply and execution of architectural finishing works, marking an important stage in the project’s progression following the advancement of its structural works.
Munisiyah Clusters is being developed on a 1,760 sqm site and comprises 12 residential units, including 4 villas, 4 townhouses, and 4 independent residential floors, bringing together a diversified mix of residential products within a single development.
The appointment of Alternative Vision for Construction reflects Clusters’ approach to engaging specialist partners across the different stages of project delivery. Alternative Vision is a Saudi contracting company with experience across construction, finishing, rehabilitation, and project management, and states that it has delivered more than 75 residential and commercial projects.
The signing of the two contracts represents an important milestone for Munisiyah Clusters as the development moves into stages requiring close coordination between engineering systems and architectural finishes, with continued emphasis on execution quality and adherence to the project’s approved designs and specifications.
