Riyadh – Clusters Real Estate Development visited Ghuneim Architects at their Riyadh office, marking the continued relationship between the two teams following their collaboration on the design and development of JAX Clusters in Diriyah.

Eng. Hazem Ghunim and the Ghunim Architects team played a key role in shaping the project from its early stages, developing its architectural concept, exterior and interior design, and the core identity from which many of its defining details evolved. Elements of this identity drew inspiration from traditional Diriyah doors and architectural details, reinterpreted through a contemporary design language.

During the visit, Eng. Muhab Benten, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Clusters Real Estate Development, joined Eng. Hazem Ghunim in reflecting on the project’s journey from its original design concept through execution and completion.

Clusters also presented Ghunim Architects with a ceramic artwork inspired by the identity of JAX Clusters, incorporating elements derived from the project’s design language as a commemorative expression of appreciation for the team’s creative contribution.

For Clusters, JAX Clusters represents a development shaped through close collaboration between developer and designer, with an architectural identity that extends beyond the façade into materials, interiors, crafted details, and the overall residential experience.
