Two-layer bitumen waterproofing on roofs and foundations, cementitious and epoxy insulation in bathrooms, kitchens and tanks, and thermal insulation with foam concrete roofs and insulated block walls that cut AC consumption by about 30%.

Yes. Each unit has its own electricity meter registered with Saudi Electricity Company and its own water meter with the National Water Company.

Can I inspect the unit before buying?

Yes. You can inspect your unit with the project team to check quality and specifications, and anything noted is resolved before handover. Visits are welcome daily from 10 am to 10 pm.

Can non-Saudis buy a unit?
